To further strengthen quality stability of export goods, Jiangsu Zhongersheng upgraded independent professional metal quality testing lab, introducing full set of precision testing equipment including spectrum analyzer, coating thickness gauge, salt spray tester and tensile strength tester to realize full-process self-inspection of steel products. Raw material incoming inspection: Spectrum analysis of chemical composition to prevent non-standard & inferior raw materials from entering production; Production processing inspection: Real-time sampling test of thickness, flatness, galvanized coating weight and stainless steel surface smoothness; Finished goods pre-shipment inspection: Salt spray anti-corrosion test and mechanical tensile test, official MTC reports issued for every batch. All carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized and PPGI products can provide test data of chemical composition, mechanical performance and anti-corrosion property, supporting third-party on-site inspection.
